The Bloom Story
I’m Kathryn (Katie), the maker behind Bloom. The concept of Bloom took root several years ago, in 2017, inspired by a family member’s lavender farm in Washington State. My love for lavender and creating self-care moments began when I was just a little girl, and I’ve carried that passion with me ever since.
Mission
Bloom started with a simple idea: to bring high-quality, lavender-infused, natural self-care products to our community in South Mississippi. However, Bloom is also a reflection of my deep love for literature, storytelling, and vintage-quality, small-batch craftsmanship.
Your Story
Each product I create, from the Sherlock Holmes-inspired beard oil to perfumes influenced by local legends, family members, or fairy tales, is infused with a story. I put thought and care into telling those stories through every handcrafted detail. These details are not just a reflection of my passions; they are an integral part of what makes Bloom special. Ultimately, it all comes together in this-- My goal is for Bloom products to support and nourish YOU, both inside and out, as you write your own life story.
